On 28th February, 2025, SHENZHEN S-TRACK SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. held the 2024 Work Summary and 2025 Work Plan Reporting Meeting with the theme of ‘Consolidate the Foundation, Deepen Customer Relationships’ at its headquarters in Shenzhen, reviewing the past achievements and looking forward to the blueprint for the future.

Through this meeting, we aimed to let all the staff clearly understand the development status and future direction of the company, stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity, and contribute to the realisation of the company’s strategic goals.

At the beginning of the meeting, each sales region, Foreign Trade Department, Marketing Department, Sales Management Department, Product Department, Technology Department, R & D Centre, Supply Chain Centre, Personnel and Administration Department, Finance Department, Operations and Management Department and other departments in charge of the work of 2024 in turn to carry out a comprehensive and detailed summary of the in-depth analysis of the existing problems, and the work of 2025 to do a detailed plan.

Finally, Xiong Yue, general manager of S-TRACK, made an important speech. He pointed out that in 2024, the company has made remarkable achievements in the two core areas of technology research and development and market expansion, but at the same time, it also faces some challenges and shortcomings.

Looking ahead to 2025, the company will plan targeted improvement measures and strive for excellence. He stressed that the company will continue to adhere to the ‘Super Tracking’ style, rapid response to market demand, product development, customer service, market development, internal management and other aspects of the iterative ‘upgrade’, to the light. In the face of the current intensification of the involution and the uncertainty of the external environment, the company will adhere to its own principles, the courage to break the game, and constantly break through the self, towards a more ambitious goals.

At the meeting, Mr Xiong also elaborately prepared some inspiring small videos and had an in-depth interactive exchange with the employees. Employees actively spoke and shared their thoughts and insights. Through this exchange, Mr Xiong further conveyed to the employees the company’s development history, corporate strategic planning, corporate culture, and the specific battle plan for 2025. This interaction not only enhanced team cohesion, but also laid a solid foundation for the company’s future development.

We know that talent is the core force that drives the enterprise to move forward, in order to effectively prepare for the market challenges in 2025, before the year-end summary meeting, we carefully planned and carried out a five-day annual sales training programme – ‘Wolf Plan’.

This time, we adopted the diversified training method of ‘theory + practice + assessment’ to ensure that everyone could master the core knowledge and skills in a deep and systematic way. The training content was extensive and in-depth, including not only product characteristics, industry trends and other basic knowledge, but also covers sales skills, customer service concepts and corporate culture and other key areas, with the aim of comprehensively improving the sales team’s individual business capacity and comprehensive strength.

Colleagues spoke highly of the training and said that they would integrate what they learnt into their daily work, constantly improve themselves and provide better services to customers.
