Beijing Workers' daily is mainly responsible for the publication of workers' daily, a comprehensive newspaper sponsored by all China Federation of trade unions. Founded in Beijing on July 15, 1949, it is a national comprehensive central level newspaper focusing on economic publicity, for which Comrade Mao Zedong personally wrote and signed up. The publication of "Cultural Revolution" was suspended on December 31, 1966. Publication resumed on 6 October 1978. One opening at sunrise. It is printed and distributed in Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Nanchang, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing, Kunming, Xi'an, Lanzhou, Shenyang and Harbin, with a daily circulation of 2.2 million copies.
